    Ada Health

    London

    Nov 2019 - Present

Ada Health is a global healthcare startup on a mission to help everyone gain access to the healthcare that they need. With It's AI-based symptom checker, Ada is able to help everyone make sense of their symptoms and guide them to a relevant care option.

As part of the consumer team, I've so far worked to:

    - Improve core parts of the patient care navigation journey, such as re-designing the assessment report in a cross collaborative effort with our medical experts, designers, product managers and engineers.
    - Research and uncover unmet needs within Ada's core assessment flow, including ongoing analysis of the consumer app.

    Fat Llama

    London

    Jul 2019 - Oct 2019

Fat Llama (Y Combinator S17) is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace which allows people to rent spare items to others nearby, fully insured. The platform provides a cheaper and more efficient solution than buying outright - their mission is to enable people to share and monetise their unused possessions, increasing the efficiency of both the consumer and the planet’s resources.

I joined their growth team whilst the business pursued it's Series B funding round, designing across their Web, Android and iOS products. I worked to advocate for a culture of continuous learning in order to understand more about Fat Llama's current user base and how it could develop. By organising and executing research with users, i helped to define and visualise problems to solve and ideated on UX experiments to meet them whilst keeping business goals in mind to identify opportunities for impact and learning.
